The air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system would be serviced and maintained periodically to ensure absolute accuracy and reliability of the system. The maintenance division are being staffed by qualified and trained engineers ensuring that the air conditioning plant are always operating at maximum efficiency.

Service and Maintenance

Hook-up which includes assembly and connection of production equipment, including all related consequences and adaptations to civil, mechanical and electrical installations, and complete documentation of all works in a structured way. Our well trained commissioning personnel together with various fully calibrated instruments will ensure a complete commissioning of the plant. On completion, a full system descriptions and operation guidelines are being supplied together with all records of commissioning datas and as built drawings which can be used for all future reference.

Commissioning

We undertake the practical installation of the Air Conditioning and Mechanical installation system on site including both Management and Coordination Services to ensure smooth implementation and completion of the project. All installation are conducted in accordance with ASHRAE & SMACNA guidelines.

Installation

Using highly reliable engineering software, heat load calculation are being prepared and analysed before a practical system is being selected, a system that is most energy efficient and capital cost effective, are being recommend.
